Q : What Promotional Inputsdo we receive with our first order?

A : When a distributor places his first order, an entire promotional material kit is sent free of cost. This kit contains:1 MR Bag, 1 well designed and thoroughly researched Visual Aid set, Catch Covers for sampling, Single Brand Reminder Cards, Product at a Glance (Product List), Novus company Visiting Cards, Small Gifts like Prescription pads or Diaries (On availability).

Q : Is there any product training provided? Does Novus help us in our marketing strategy?

A : For a few new and unique products that we launch, we provide training on the phone to our distributors. We try and highlight the visible differentiating points that our products have as compared to competitor’s products. This training helps promote our product better to doctors which in turn results in better sale.
We also help our distributors plan the right strategy for marketing, by sharing experiences of other successful distributors. This will help our distributors grow by earning higher profit and getting better return on investment.

Q : How can we be sure about Novus's quality ?

A : All of Novus’s Products are manufactured in WHO-GMP approved plants. Our unit is certified with Good Lab Practices (GLP)and also with Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). From the same units we are exporting products to Latin-Americanand CIS countries where quality requirements are very high. Our Chemist and Quality Control team has an experience of over 20 years in manufacturing. Novus has manufactured products for multinational companies like Macleods, Indoco Remedies and US Vitamins. Our products are registered in 8 state governments and government bodies like Railways, Post & Telegraphdispensaries, etc.

Q : How often do you introduce new products? Can Novus manufacture products suggested by us ?

A : We are constantly introducing new and DCGI approved molecules. Every month we introduce 3-4 new products. Most of the new products are suggested by our existing distributors. After taking a market feedback about your suggestions, if we feel the product will do well, then within 2 months we may launch the product suggested by you. 

Q : What qualification do we need to start this business?  What documentationis required ?

A : On field marketing experience of 3-4 years in a good reputed pharma company is needed to start business. This is only because it takes about 3-4 years to develop good relations with doctors and also to build the confidence that when you start your own business, these doctors will be there to support you. Documentations required are- Wholesale drug license (Form 20-B and 21-B), VAT/CST and Tin Number. These are sufficient to start doing Pharma PCD business.

Q : How do we deal with short expiryproblems?

A : Novus usually has all fresh stock only for all products ordered. To keep transparency- we shall send a Performa invoice after you place your order. The Performa invoice will contain all expiry details of products that you have ordered. You may check and alter your order before making payment. This will ensure that you receive only fresh stock from Novus.
